Distinguished Parents/Guardians! I wish you grace and peace from Our Lord Jesus Christ Amen.
We use this medium to express our sentiments of gratitude to you for the trust reposed in us to take care of your children, as well as your goodwill and support to us. It is our wish to communicate the following information.
1. The Second term Easter break begins today Sunday 9th April 2023 through Sunday 30th April 2023.
2. Ensure that your child /ward returns on the day of resumption. Non compliance attracts varying degrees of corrective measures which will include extra one week holiday. He is to arrive the school before 6:00pm.
3. We appeal to you to kindly pay up the school fees before bringing back your child/ward. Always demand for a receipt for every payment made. And endeavor to make all payments into the account provided below. Please take note. The account details are as follows: 1016459639 zenith bank, the cong. SMMM (TCA). Again no cash payment in the school no matter how small.
4. THERE IS NO REFUND OF ANY FEES PAID TO THE SCHOOL: parents are to note that, once they pay the school fees of their child(dren), it is non-refundable whether the child is withdrawn or expelled.
5. UNIFORM: Black suit has been added to the students Sunday wear. This has taken effect from January but will be forceful by September 2023. The school has discovered that many students are bringing their old suits from home instead of new ones, parents are therefore advised to procure a new suit for their child or purchase it from the school.
6. STUDENTS VISIT: All parents are only allowed to visit their child(ren) only on Second Sundays of every month. No parent should visit aside this date, also note that dropping of items by parents for their children with the gatemen is not allowed.
7. Kindly ensure that your son(s)/ward(s) come back with quality white and blue bed spread neatly washed and the four colour jerseys. Kindly mend the school uniforms that are bad and change those that are worn-out. Also provide a drinking cup for him/them (preferably a stainless cup). Look at his foam and see if it is still good, if not please do procure one for him. Find out too if he is among those who have broken stools and lockers and do the needful. MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD/WARD COMES BACK WITH A MOSQUITO NET
